nnnnOperation
nnnnAutomatic machine designed for inline manufacturing of any kind of blister
nnnnpackages. Primarily oriented to non food packaging, as accessories,
nnnnparts, home stuff, personal care products...
nnnnThe BPC blister lines integrate all operations involved in blister
nnnnmanufacturing, as the forming of the blister, the feeding of the product, the
nnnnsealing operation and the perimeter cutting.
nnnnA continuous web of stock is fed from a roll and securely punched along
nnnnthe side edges into a chain conveyor that moves it into the heating unit.
nnnnOnce heated moves into the forming area where parts are formed by
nnnnvacuum. The loading area allows the manual feeding of the products and
nnnnthe paper insert (if needed). In the sealing station the blister is sealed
nnnn(either against a back film or against a cardboard). Parts are simply
nnnnpunched out by a die mounted immediately after the sealing press.
nnnnAll relevant operational parameters are controlled via a touch-screen and
nnnnsaved inside the integrated PLC.
nnnnThe BPC23 is designed as the entry level in automatic form-fill and sealing
nnnnlines being the right choice for anyone who is dealing with short and
nnnnmedium runs of blister packaging of any kind
