nnnnOperation
nnnnFeatures
nnnnThe plastic film is unwound from the reel and
nnnnwarmed up in the heating module; when the
nnnnpreset process temperature has been reached,
nnnnthe film is driven into the moulding zone (positive
nnnnor negative, depending on the item features)
nnnnwhere the blister is formed.
nnnnAfter moulding the film goes into the filling area,
nnnnwhere the blisters are filled with the relevant
nnnnitems, then sealed either with cardboard or with
nnnnplastic. The filled blisters follow to the punching
nnnnand die cutting stations, where they are split
nnnnfrom the film and, thereafter, ready for collection.
nnnnThe film waste is rewound again for an easy
nnnnhandling.
nnnnThe main characteristic of the BPCN models is
nnnnthe automatic positioning station, motorised in
nnnnthe process stations of each stage.
nnnnRobust construction, totally modular, for an easy adaptation
nnnnto different production requirements and conditions
nnnnErgonomie structure which allows easy operation in web
nnnnloading, filling, controlling, etc..
